The Naxos of Tolerance, Energy and Reflection.
The lights of the Naxos Festival are on for the 13th consecutive year and illuminate a rich program. With a duration almost double that of previous years, new collaborations with organizations of Naxos and with the islands of Paros and Tinos, which together constitute the “Cyclades Cycle”, a recent and promising institution, we respond creatively and dynamically to the prevailing gloom. We recognize with clarity the problems of our time and offer events that move the mind and the soul. All the performing arts hosted at Pyrgos Bazeios and in other selected venues on the island are permeated by the necessity of tolerance of the Other, so imperative in our days.
